4 Simple Ways to Get Better at e-Learning

Many students get overwhelmed with the different e-learning, online education platforms available. They get confused and can’t figure out how to properly go through the study materials.

Using internet based study material can be easy for some but just like any skillful activity or classroom education, it too needs self-discipline, time management, and planning.
So, here are 4 simple ways to get better at e-learning:

  1. Get Ample Sleep – Yes. One of the secrets to study and learn things better is to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep.

According to Dr. James B. Mass, Author of ‘’Sleep for Success’’, ‘’if you get a good night sleep (6-8 hours) the night after you learn something…you will remember it better than if you had a poor night sleep.’’ So the first step is to give your eyes and brain proper rest.

  1. Do Some Planning – Plan your goals and targets.

  • What do you want to learn?
  • Why do you want to learn it?

Then identify the resource from which you wish to learn. For instance, e-learning websites in India or eMock Papers or other best social networking sites. Don’t read more than one book and e-learning material all at the same time.

  1. Make a Learning Log – Answer some of these questions in that log or journal.

  • Write down your learning experience
  • How you felt and what were your thoughts while studying
  • What all did you learn
  • What will be your first step after this learning?

  1. Try Multiple Ways – Don’t only depend on reading.

  • Give your eyes some rest by listening to audio lessons available on e-learning websites or social networking sites India.
  • Or, seek visual ways to learn such as mind map or interactive video lessons on e-mock sites or social networking websites.
  • Rather than depending on memory recall, use different parts of the brain to learn deeply.

Remember, getting knowledge and information never stops. Not after school. Not after college. You career graph never stops ticking as learning happens through all facets of life. So, apply what you learn. Use your e-learning log as an experience for a better career and a better future.
