These statistics are an interesting way to show our tastes and preferences when it comes to listening   latest music songs   or when playing a musical instrument. The scheme will be launching in FY19 with a total investment of Rs. 1 Lac crore over the next four years. A total expenditure of Rs 1.35 lac crore is done by government for health, education and social welfare. The RISE scheme will have its financing via a restructure ‘higher education financing agency or HEFA.
